Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of case No. 163 of 2024 (State Vs. Ajay Kumar Verma), arising out of case crime No. 172 of 2023, under Sections 279, 337, 338, 308, 376, I.P.C. and Section 184 of Motor Vehicle Act, Police Station Gaur, District Basti as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 15.7.2024, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Basti.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
