- Heard Shri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Shashidhar Pandey, learned AGA for the State and Shri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, who has filed vaklatnama on behalf of the opposite party no.2 and perused the records.
- The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 3941 of 2018, arising out of case crime no. 14 of 2004, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Amroha, district J.P. Nagar on the basis of compromise.
- It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the parties have amicably settled their disputes outside the Court and the opposite party no.2 does not want to prosecute the applicants. The compromise has taken place on 07-06-2024 and the compromise-deed has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the affidavit filed in support of the application.
- Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
