- Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
- Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicant nos.1 and 2 are sisters-in-law (Nanad) and applicant nos.3 and 4 are brothers-in-law (Jeth) of informant and no specific allegation has been made against them. The marriage of the informant with co-accused Mohd. Sabir has taken place way back in the year 2008 and only general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that no prima-facie case is made out against applicants.
