Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 336, 452, 504, 506, 427 IPC by way of compromise, which has been verified in pursuance of a coordinate Bench of this Court.
Put up on 08.04.2025 as a fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceeding of Session Trial No. 178 of 2023 (State vs. Danish and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 62 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 336, 452, 504, 506, 427 IPC, P.S. Raunapar, District Azamgarh shall remain stayed.
