- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to pay the compounding charges to the electricity department.
- In view of the undertaking given by applicant's counsel, the applicant is directed to pay the compounding charges on 21.10.2024 at 10:00 a.m., and the officer concerned shall be available to attend and co-operate the applicant.
- Put up as fresh on 11.11.2024.
- Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned cognizance and summoning order dated 14.12.2022 and the proceedings of the Special Sessions Case No.1505 of 2022 titled State v. Hemant Kumar, arising out of Case Crime No.129 of 2020, under section 135 of the Electricity Act, Police Station Anti Power Theft Thana Budaun, District Budaun, shall remain stayed.
