Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one of the accused and the first informant settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 3.8.2023. It is further submitted that the applicant is practicing advocate in the civil court, Rampur. Certified copy of the compromise is on record.
Put up on 1.4.2025 as fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 244 of 2022 (State Vs. Furqan Ali and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 344 of 2022, under Sections 323, 324, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur shall remain stayed against the applicant.
