Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the Electricity Department and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No. 454 of 2019 (State Vs. Anil Kumar), under Section 138(B) of the Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003, Police Station Naini, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Special Judge E.C. Act, District Allahabad as well as summoning order dated 19.01.2019 and other consequential orders arising out of case crime no. 647 of 2016, under Section 138(B) of the Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003, Police Station Naini, District Allahabad.

Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that the applicant has deposited the compounding charges and nothing remains to be paid by the applicant.

In view of the above statement, the application is allowed and the proceedings entire proceedings of Case No. 454 of 2019 (State Vs. Anil Kumar), under Section 138(B) of the Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003, Police Station Naini, District Allahabad,

pending in the court of Special Judge E.C. Act, District Allahabad as well as summoning order dated 19.01.2019 and other consequential orders arising out of case crime no. 647 of 2016, under Section 138(B) of the Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003, Police Station Naini, District Allahabad is quashed .
