- Learned counsel for the applicant states that a raid was conducted by the C.M.O., on an information that the clinic are being run by quacks. The raid was conducted on two hospital namely, Sahara Hospital run by Dr. Manoj Kumar Pal and Sushma Hospital run by the applicant. He further states that the hospital was run by his wife and on her death, he started operating hospital, meanwhile he has got the pharmacist degree. He therefore submits that provisions of Section 16 of the Indian Medical Council Act are not attracted.

- Learned A.G.A. seeks and is granted four weeks' time to file response to the contentions raised by the applicant's counsel.
