Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties settled their dispute out of the Court with regard to offence punishable under Sections 354, 387, 506, I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 10.10.2023, which has been verified in pursuance of order of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Application U/S 482 No. 46937 of 2023 on 13.2.2024.
Put up on 14.11.2024 as fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 206 of 2021 (State Vs. Vinod Kushwaha and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 152 of 2020, under Sections 354, 387, 506, I.P.C., Police Station- Baruasagar, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 3, Jhansi shall remain stayed.
