Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 6.6.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Deoria in Matrimonial Case No. 347 of 2020 (Anamika Vs. Chhotelal), arising out of case under Section 125, Cr.P.C., whereby the interim maintenance has been awarded from the date of application.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
