Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that parties have settled their disputes with regard to the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B, 419 of IPC on the basis of compromise dated 30.04.2024. The certified copy of compromise filed by way of supplementary affidavit is on record.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Trial Court within six weeks days from today.

The Trial Court is directed to verify the compromise dated 30.04.2024.

Applicant is directed to file certified copy of the compromise as well as verification proceedings to this Court by the next date of listing.

Put up this case on 17.04.2025, as fresh.

Until further orders, further proceedings of Case No. 14934 of 2017 (State v. Shiv Singh and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 722 of 2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B, 419 of IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra, pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra, shall remain stayed against the applicants.
