Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General of the State of Uttar Pradesh, assisted by Shri Kaushlendra Nath Singh, learned AGA, sought a short accommodation for filing an affidavit of Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA authority to comply with the directions, and a brief description of deliberations with the subordinate officers for taking adequate steps against the officers, who shall found committing dereliction of duty in not accepting Court's notice.
