Act, section 76A of Companies Act, 2013 and r/w section 4,5 & 6 of Private Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act 1978 PS: Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.
It is further prayed to stay the effect and operation of further proceedings against Applicant in FIR No. 206 of 2019, u/s 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 201 & 120B of I.P.C. r/w section 58(b)(4A) of R.B.I. Act, section 76A of Companies Act, 2013 and r/w section 4,5 & 6 of Private Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act 1978 PS: Dadri, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the accused applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
And/or to pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the facts and circumstances of the case."
