Learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that the parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 420, 323, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 04.07.2022 which has been verified in pursuance of the earlier order dated 15.05.2024 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court. A certified copy of the compromise has been filed.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted three weeks time to file supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the compromise as well as verification proceedings of compromise.
Put up this case as fresh on 04.03.2025.
Till the next date of listing proceedings of Case No. 932 of 2019 (State Vs. Naushey Ali and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 92 of 2019, under Sections 420, 323, 506 of I.P.C., Police StationMilak Khanam, District Rampur, pending in the Court of IIIrd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rampur shall remain stayed against the applicants.
