Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of case No. 1052 of 2023 (State Vs. Danish @ Ranjit), arising out of case crime No. 54 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C., Police Station Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 24.5.2023, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Bhognipur, Kanpur Dehat.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
