1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. Perused the record. Sri Yogesh Kumar Tiwari has filed short counter affidavit alongwith Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 which is taken on record.

1. Applicant have approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:-

"It is therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. and quash the impugned charge sheet dated 24.10.2018 and cognizance order dated 13.03.2019 as ell as entire proceedings of Case No. 738 of 2019, State Versus Anil Verma, Case Crime No. 311 of 2018, under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi on the basis of compromise between applicant and opposite party no.2 dated 29.06.2024.

It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the further proceedings of Case No. 738 of 2019, State Versus Anil Verma, Case Crime No. 311 of 2018, under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi. And/or pass any other and further as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this present case."
