Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the impugned judgment & order dated 10.06.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Pilibhit in Criminal Revision No.48 of 2024 whereby revisional court has affirmed the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistarate, court no.1, Pilibhit whereby proposed accused applicant has been summoned under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
