Sri Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Darwari Lal , learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the parties have settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC by way of compromise deed dated 24.05.2024. A true copy of the compromise is Annexure-5 to this application.
Office is directed to send the true copy of compromise deed dated 24.05.2024 immediately for verification after retaining photocopy of the same.
Learned counsel for the applicants will file a supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the verified compromise and verified proceeding of compromise till the next date of listing.
