- Heard Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
- The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the proceeding of Complaint Case No.530 of 2019 (Husain Ahmad Vs. Vinod Kumar), under Section-138 of N.I. Act, Police Station-Meerapur, DistrictMuzaffar Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Court, N.I. Act, Muzaffar Nagar as well as summoning order dated 19.02.2021 passed by Additional Court, Muzaffar Nagar.
- At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the proceedings. He wants to surrender before the court below and applies for bail. He further submits that this Court may be pleased to direct the court concerned to consider the bail application of the applicant expeditiously within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
