This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 14.6.2024, passed by Additional District and Session Judge, Court No.4, Gorakhpur in S.T. No.1398 of 2023 (State vs. Mukesh Sharma) arising out of Case Crime No.137 of 2023 under Section 306 IPC, P.S.-Jhangaha, District-Gorakhpur, whereby an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that present application has become infructuous due to examination of the witnesses under the order in question.
