Learned counsel for the applicants submits that parties settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 147 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 18.4.2024.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith certified copy of the compromise.
Put up on 17.4.2025 as fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 12772 of 2011 (State Vs. Anil Jain and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 298 of 2011, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 147, IPC, Police Station Sector 20 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar shall remain stayed.
