Sri Shiv Ji Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/FTC, Moradabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 502 of 2017 (Smt. Shoreen and Another Vs. Kuldeep Kumar) under Section 31(1) of Domestic Violence Act 2005, within stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
