- The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order 03.06.2022 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 78088 of 2022 (Neeti @ Nidhi Pandey vs. Shivakant Tripathi), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Badshahinaka, District Kanpur Nagar, pending before the Additinal Civil judge (Junior Division)/M.M., Court No.12, Kanpur Nagar.
- After some arguments, since the aforesaid cheques in dispute were issued allegedly in view of some settlement arrived at between the parties and the same were dishonoured. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is every likelihood that the said dispute could be settled, if the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of Allahabad High Court.
