Heard Mr. Rajshri Gupta, Advocate, holding brief of MR. Mohd. Khalid the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State.
After some argument, the learned counsel for applicant submits that since there are inherent mistakes in this application, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars and proper prayer.
Prayer made by learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by learned A.G.A.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
