1. Heard Sri Gavendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Uday Bhan, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following three prayers:
(i) quashing the proceedings of complaint case no. 10 of 2024 (State of U.P. vs. M/s Brit Life Science and 5 Others) filed under Section 18 (A) of the Drug and Cosmetics Act, 1940, Police Station- Haldarpur, District- Mau, pending in the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mau;
(ii) Discharge the applicants no.2 to 5; and
(iii) enlarge them on bail upon execution of their personal bond on the same day on appearing before the learned court below.
3. While arguing the learned counsel for the applicants does not press the first two prayers and he now only presses the prayer no.3, that on their appearance before the trial court, their bail applications of the applicants herein should be decided on the same day, as all the applicants herein are supposed to come from far away distance and they should be permitted to contest the case through their counsel.
4. In view of the nature of offence involved in the instant case and looking at the prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the applicant the instant application is disposed of with a direction that if the applicants appears before the trial court within a period of four weeks from today, their bail applications shall be considered and decided on the same date, in accordance with law by the learned
trial court. Thereupon, their application for appearance through counsel shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of Section 205 of Cr.P.C.
