Braj Bhan and another) arising out of Case Crime No.844 of 2020, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 Ι.Ρ.C., P.S. Baghpat, District Baghpat pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No.301 of 2022 (State Vs. Braj Bhan and another) arising out of Case Crime No.844 of 2020, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Baghpat, District Baghpat pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat, and/or pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, otherwise the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury."
