Application (U/s 482 of Cr.P.C.) and Quash the Impugned Judgment and Order dated 22/03/2024 (Annexure No. 1) Passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 4 Kanpur Nagar Passed in Complaint Case No. 2944 of 2012 (Smt. Laxmi and Another Vs. Shyam Babu Awasthi and Others) Under Section 12 Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005, Police Station Barra, district Kanpur Nagar or to Modify the aforesaid Impugned Judgment and Order dated 22/03/2024 (Annexure No. 1) Passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 4 Kanpur Nagar in the following manner as "direct the Applicant to Pay 5,000/- rupees per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 as maintenance and further direct the Applicant to Pay 2,000/- rupees per month to the Opposite Party No. 3 as maintenance and for her education etc. from the date of Impugned Judgment and Order dated 22/03/2024 in place of from the date of filing of the aforesaid Complaint Case No. 2944 of 2012 (Smt. Laxmi and Another Vs. Shyam Babu Awasthi and Others) Under Section 12 Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005, Police Station Barra, district Kanpur Nagar.
