Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Shri Khurshid Ahmad, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Dileep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter at some length states that she does not intend to press the instant application and prays that the application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for discharge through counsel .
Considering the aforesaid, the application is disposed of with a liberty to the applicant to file discharge application through counsel, if permissible in the eyes of law .
In case such an application is filed, learned court below shall consider and decide the same after hearing all the parties concerned, provided there is no legal impediment.
