Musarraf & others), arising out of the Case Crime No. 61 of 2003 u/s 147, 148, 149, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar and further be pleased to stay the further proceeding of Session Trial No. 1104 of 2022 2023 (State Vs. Musarraf & others), arising out of the Case Crime No. 61 of 2003 u/s 147, 148, 149, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Court No.9 Muzaffar Nagar and further be pleased to pass any suitable order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
4 Since there is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the applicants to press this 482 petition even in the revised list, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
