"....Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made on behalf of respective counsels, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned court below to issue notice to opposite party no.2 and call upon her before him and get the compromise/agreement arrived at between the parties verified and thereafter decide the present case in question in the light of aforesaid compromise/agreement by passing a well reasoned order within a period of next four months.
Till dispose of said case by the court below or till next four months whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in aforesaid complaint case."
