Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C-1, Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the Session Trial No.844 of 2022 (State Versus Mohd. Shafiq & Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0295/2020 under Section 323, 324, 452, 308 IPC, Police Station Sangrampur, District Amethi, pending before him, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C-1, Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the Session Trial No.844 of 2022 (State Versus Mohd. Shafiq & Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0295/2020 under Section 323, 324, 452, 308 IPC, Police Station Sangrampur, District Amethi, pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 482 CrPC stands disposed of.
