Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Instant application has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned chargesheet no. 01 dated 27-10-2023 in Case Crime No. 0058, under sections 498-A, 323,504,506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police StationHasanganj, District-Lucknow pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow and the consequential orders passed in the case initiated by the said impugned chargesheet.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this is purely a dispute civil in nature as there is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and the wife and due to which the instant FIR has been lodged and criminal proceedings have been initiated against the applicant. He further added that there is all possibility of compromise between the parties and this matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State has no objection to the contentions aforesaid.
