On being opposed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file fresh petition in appropriate provision i.e. Section 529 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (in short 'B.N.S.S.') with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per Rules in this regard.
