Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice for the respondent No.3.
At the very outset, it has been informed that the instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of demarcation proceedings is pending before the respondent No.1.
Shri Awasthi, learned standing counsel has informed that in furtherance of the order passed in the demarcation case, the actual demarcation has been done at the site and as such nothing remains.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the demarcation has already been taken place the instant petition may be dismissed as rendered infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as rendered infrucutuous .
