- भयारतश्रीय सगंचविधियान कके अनतुच्छकेद 227 कके अन्तगरत प्रस्त त ु इस ययाचचिकया दयारया ययाचचिकयाकरर्त्री नके तहसश्रीलदयार (न्ययाचयक), तहसश्रील तरबगगंज, जनपद गगोंडया कको वियाद सगंख्यया 03/2022 अन्तगरत धियारया 34 उत्तर प्रदकेश रयाजस्वि सगंचहतया, 2006 कके शश्रीघ्र चनस्तयारण कया चनदरश दकेनके कया अनतुरकोधि चकयया हहै।
- ययाचचिकया कके सयाथ सगंलग्न उपरकोक वियाद कके आदकेश पर ककी प्रचत सके प्रतश्रीत हकोतया हहै चक चदनयागंक 07.11.2023 सके चदनयागंक 05.08.2024 तक बयार-बयार चबनया स्थगन कया ककोई कयारण अगंचकत चकए हहए सयामियान्य चतधथययागं चनयत ककी गई हह तथया मियार 22.04.2024 कके आदकेश मिम अगंचकत हहै चक अधधिविकयागण कके हड़तयाल हकोनके कके कयारण अचग्रिमि चतधथ चनयत ककी गई हहै।
