1. Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Yogesh Kumar Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Vimal Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3.
2. By means of the petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of Indian, the petitioners have sought issuance of direction to the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya for expeditious disposal of Revision No. 1729/2022, Computerized Case No.C202204000001729.
3. A perusal of the order sheet annexed with the petition indicates that on 15.5.2023, the revisional court had ordered substituted service of notice on revision through publication in a newspaper. The appearance has been put in by filing vakalatnama by the the opposite parties no. 23 and 28 only but thereafter revisional court has not recorded any satisfaction that the notice has property been served and its service shall be deemed sufficient on all the remaining opposite parties.
4. A perusal of the order sheet indicates that most of the days, the revision could not be heard because the Advocates were abstaining from work. In these circumstances, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction for expeditious disposal of the revision. The petition lacks merits and liable to be dismissed.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
