Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Yogesh Awasthi learned Standing counsel for the State respondent who has informed that the proceedings for which expedition was sought has finally been decided by means of the order dated 20.09.2024 and as such nothing survives in the petition. A copy of the order has also been provided along with written instructions for perusal of the Court which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid submissions.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives, accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
