Application for correction filed by the petitioner, in terms of order dated 04.04.2024, in Court today is taken on record.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the memo of petition during course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

The instant petition has been preferred for direction to learned Additional Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate Court No. 29 Sultanpur to decide the Criminal Case No. 2951 of 2024 which is pending since 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also that complaint case in issue is pending consideration since 2022 before the trial court and as per Section 143 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, case under Section 138 of the Act of 1881 shall be concluded expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the case in issue, expeditiously.

With the aforesaid, the instant petition is disposed of .
