Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that inadvertently he has annexed incorrect typed copies, accordingly, he does not wish the present petition but seek liberty to file a fresh with appropriate typed copies of the annexures.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
