The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, District Ambedkar Nagar, opposite party no. 2 to expedite the disposal of Criminal Revision No. 148 of 2021, Pradeep Nishad versus State of U.P and Anr, within a stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation/direction the application is disposed of.
