Heard Shri Amit Mishra, holding brief of Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Shri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur to decide Criminal Case No. 1392 of 2021 (Smt. Kiran Versus Vinay Kumar Pandey) under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation/direction the application is disposed of.
