Shri Surya Mani Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the award has been made by ineligible Arbitrator during pendency of this application, however since the award has been made, this application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law raising all the pleas.
There is no objection by Shri Hari Govind Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
In view of above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
