On being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to file fresh petition in appropriate provision with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
