Pursuant to order dated 21.09.2024 passed by this Court, learned CJM has sent a report/letter dated 30.10.2024 and according to the same the sole appellant Rajendra S/o Late Sri Manohar Lal Tiwari, died on 05.12.2015. The relevant portion of report/letter dated 30.10.2024 is extracted hereinunder:-
