Learned standing counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 14.12.2012 has been complied with as the amount of Krishak Durghatna Bima of Rs. 5,00,000/- has been paid to the petitioner and that too has been credited in the account of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the statement of learned counsel for the State.
In view of the aforesaid, no contempt is made out.
