Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings and affidavit of the petitioner clarifying his name and parentage.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
