Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal was filed by the attorney Sri Sushil Kumar Singh son of Kishori Lal without consent of the appellant Smt. Balapati, whereas the Power of Attorney was already revoked. Therefore application bearing No.IA 3 of 2024 for information with a prayer for dismissing the appeal as not pressed has been moved and prays that the same may be allowed and the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.
There is no objection by the other side.
