Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Ashish Saxena, learned counsel for opposite parties.

By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed following relief:-

"i. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction commanding the respondents to pay an amount of Rs. 7,66,902.80/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Sixty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Two and Eighty Paise Only) to the petitioner towards the acting/ officiating allowance (special allowance), consequential rise in HRA and four year bloc LFC which has been less paid to him."

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, Regional Business Office VII, District- Hardoi, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned officer/ authority. In case, petitioner is found entitled from the aforesaid directions, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
