Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The present petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:

(i) to issue suitable order, orders or direction, thereby directing the opposite party no.1/Learned Court of Additional Commissioner Administration, Lucknow Mandal Lucknow to expeditiously dispose of the case i.e. Revision No. C202310000003073 (Ram Dheeraj Versus Krishnawati) under Sections 210 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 in such time and manner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit an appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

(ii) to issue suitable order, orders or direction, thereby directing the opposite party no.1/Learned Court of Additional Commissioner Administration, Lucknow Mandal Lucknow to expeditiously disposed of the interim relief application filed alongwith the revision preferred by the petitioner in such time and manner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit an appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Upon being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage he may be permitted to confine his relief only with regard to seeking disposal of interim relief application filed before respondent no.1 alongwith the revision in issue i.e. Revision No. C202310000003073 (Ram Dheeraj Versus Krishnawati) under Section 210 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in which 07.11.2023 was the dated fixed for admission.

Considering the aforesaid, including the period of pendency of interim relief application in issue as also the nature of the

dispute between the parties which relates to the property, this Court is of the view that the prayer is liable to be acceded.

In view of the above, respondent no.1/ Additional Commissioner (Administration), Lucknow Mandal, Lucknow is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for interim relief sought in the interim relief application preferred along with the revision, indicated above, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, strictly as per law including law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in various pronouncements which includes the judgment rendered in Mool Chand Yadav and another vs. Raza Buland Sugar Co. Ltd., Rampur and others reported in (1982) 3 SCC 484.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
