Sri Akhilesh Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist, after arguing at some length states that he does not intend to press the instant revision and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law.
Considering the aforesaid, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Certified copy of the impugned order dated 12.06.2024 be returned to the revisionist as per law.
